We're here to help
There is strong evidence that support from a specialist stop smoking advisor, combined with one or more stop smoking aids, is the most effective way to quit.
Our free local stop smoking service offers one-to-one support along with stop smoking medicines, which are currently available for the cost of a prescription.
Our friendly team of trained advisors are ready to help you on your journey to quit smoking. The service is delivered through one-to-one sessions, in a wide range of venues across the county and over the telephone. We also run a number of out-of-hours sessions for those who find it difficult to make sessions during the day.
Contact the stop smoking support team.
If you would like to organise a face-to-face appointment or a telephone call with one of our specialist stop smoking advisors, or you simply want to ask a question, complete this form and a member of the team will be in touch with you shortly.
